Partners Resource Network is a non-profit agency that operates a statewide network of three Parent Training and Information Centers, funded by the U. S. Department of Education, that cover the entire state of Texas. The projects share the common purpose of empowering parents of infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities in their roles as parents, decision makers, and advocates for their children, and promoting parent/professional partnerships.
The three Parent Training and Information Centers (PTI's) for the state of Texas are PATH , TEAM, and PEN.
To find which PTI services your area, look at the map below. Each PTI service area is broken into the individual Education Service Center (ESC) Regions. Click on the Education Service Center (ESC) Region or approximate area of the map that you reside in to find out the contact information for your PTI's Regional Coordinator.
